♣ What's MALIB
JAXA has developed the precise GNSS orbit and clock estimation system, named "MADOCA (Multi-GNSS Advanced Demonstration tool for Orbit and Clock Analysis)".
MALIB is an open source program package especially for MADOCA-PPP. MALIB is fork of RTKLIB.
MALIB support real-time positioning 'rtkrcv' and post-process positioning 'rnx2rtkp' for various receiver including L6E messages.
RTKLIB : Open source program package for standard and precise positioning with GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) .

♣ Key Features
(1) Multi-GNSS Support (GPS,GLONASS,Galileo and QZSS)
(2) Both of Offline and Real-Time Estimator
(3) PPP and PPP-AR
(4) Apply various L6E data formats (e.g. ubx/sbf/msj)
(5) Select frequencies depending on the GNSS satellites
♣ Signals of each supported satellite system
Satellite system | Dual-frequency signals |
GPS | L1C/A-L2P,L1C/A-L2C,L1C/A-L2P,L1C/A-L5 |
QZSS | L1C/A-L2C,L1C-L5 |
Galileo | E1-E5a,E1-E5b |
GLONASS | G1-G2 |
♣ System Requirement
The CUI APs were also built and tested on Ubuntu 20.04 Linux and x86 CPU.
